Package FAQs
What is required to secure our wedding date?
To lock in your date at Wildwood, we require a signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit. Final payment is typically due 30 days prior to your celebration.
Can we customize the inclusions in our selected package?
Absolutely. While our packages are curated for simplicity, we are here to make your wedding special to you, how you want your special day to look and feel.
Are outside vendors permitted for catering or decor?
Absolutely, that is the great thing about Wildwood! you can bring your own caterers and drinks package with you.Â
Do you supply a marquee and wedding furniture?
We certainly can! At this stage it is not included in our 3 packages but we can certainly help you find suppliers / hire companies for everything you need to make your day special.
Do you have any accomodation onsite?
Yes! We have our 4 bedroom Lavender Cottage which can also be hired for the wedding party or couple.
If we supply our own drinks, can you organise the service?
We sure can! We have our Wildwood Coffee and Cocktail mobile bar that we can set up wherever you like and we can serve your drinks for the evening. Enquire for more information.
